Returns

Because Crowned Few products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product arriving damaged or incorrect.

Please review the size information and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Crowned Few as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order information and clear photos showing the issue so that we can review the request and work with our fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind because our products are made to order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, provided the order has not already entered production or fulfillment.

After an order has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
